Welcome to mega111. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and mega111 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Company") in respect of your access to and use of the mega111 website located at https://mega111.lat and all associated services, software, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

mega111 is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, slot machines, and related gaming services primarily to users in Malaysia. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

The following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below wherever they appear in this Agreement:

To register and maintain an Account on mega111, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not have previously had an Account with mega111 that was suspended, terminated, or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be registering on behalf of any other individual or corporate entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of mega111 or its affiliated game studio partners.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter when updating your Account details.

Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the mega111 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. If you believe duplicate accounts have been created in your name without your consent, you must contact our support team immediately.

Upon registration, you must provide at minimum: a valid username, a secure password, an active email address, your full legal name, your date of birth, your country of residence, and your preferred currency (Malaysian Ringgit / MYR). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.

mega111 reserves the right to require documentary verification of your identity, age, source of funds, or address at any point during your membership. Requested documents may include but are not limited to a national identity card (MyKad), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

You must notify mega111 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. mega111 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes consistent with these Terms. You acknowledge that participation in gambling activities carries financial risk and that you may lose funds deposited into your Account. mega111 does not guarantee winnings, game outcomes, or returns on any wager placed.

All games and betting markets offered on the Platform are subject to their respective rules as displayed within the applicable game interface or sports betting section. Where a discrepancy exists between a game's displayed rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game's mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail in respect of Account management, deposits, withdrawals, and conduct.

mega111 operates the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical updates, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Members of planned downtime where practicable.

mega111 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating banks), USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC). Available payment methods may vary from time to time and are subject to change without prior notice.

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction confirmation.

• Minimum Deposit: MYR 30 (or equivalent) per transaction, unless a specific payment method requires a higher minimum.
• Minimum Withdrawal: MYR 50 per transaction.
• Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals via FPX/DuitNow are typically completed within 5–30 minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take 15–60 minutes depending on network congestion.
• Transaction Fees: mega111 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees charged by your bank, e-wallet provider, or blockchain network are outside mega111's control and are the Member's responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. mega111 may request additional verification documentation before approving a withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where identity has not previously been fully verified.

mega111 offers various promotional bonuses to Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback rebates, free bet credits, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion and must be read carefully before claiming.

The following general bonus terms apply across all mega111 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked. The specific multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per spin, round, or wager is typically MYR 250–500. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games, live dealer games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). Game contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the period stated in the promotion terms (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from claiming). Expired bonuses and related winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may hold only one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may void the previous bonus.
• Maximum Cash-out: Certain promotions may cap the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings. This limit will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.

mega111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Any suspected abuse, exploitation, or manipulation of bonus terms — including but not limited to bonus abuse through multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear requirements without genuine play, or collusion — will result in bonus cancellation, account review, and potentially account termination.

All bets placed and games played on the mega111 Platform are final once confirmed. We do not accept cancellation or modification requests after a bet has been accepted or a game round has commenced. It is the Member's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any wager.

In sports betting, results are determined by the official outcome of the relevant sporting event as recognized by the relevant governing body (e.g., Football Federation of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia matches, UEFA for European competitions, and applicable governing bodies for UFC events). In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, mega111's decision based on available official information shall be final.

For live casino and slot games, outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. All games offered on the Platform are sourced from licensed international game studios whose RNG systems are independently audited. mega111 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game or bet that results in an ambiguous or disputed outcome, mega111 reserves the right to void the relevant transaction and return the wagered amount to the Member's Account balance. This shall be the Member's sole remedy in such circumstances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mega111 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, fraudulent deposit reversals, or unauthorized use of third-party payment instruments.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any other multiplayer environment.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological advantage that provides an unfair advantage over other players or over the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical glitches, vulnerabilities, or mathematical edge cases in any game or system for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to conceal the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing support staff or other members of the mega111 community in any communication channel.

mega111 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognize that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Members upon request:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Wager Limits: Members may set maximum wager amounts per bet or per session.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure alerts that notify them of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and the Member will be blocked from accessing the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time and money spent during active sessions.

All content on the mega111 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of mega111 or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from mega111.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mega111 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: gambling losses, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mega111 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for purpose, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, where liability cannot be excluded by law, mega111's total aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mega111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that:

• A Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• A Member has engaged in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• A Member has provided false or misleading information;
• Account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Members;
• Account closure is required pursuant to a self-exclusion request; or
• Continued operation of the Account is otherwise contrary to applicable law or regulation.

Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, mega111 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Funds will generally be returned to the Member via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and the absence of any active fraud investigation.

A Member may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, during which any outstanding withdrawal requests will be completed.

mega111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active Members via email or an in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which mega111 is registered and operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall in the first instance be referred to mega111's customer support team for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process within 30 days of submission, either party may escalate the matter through available legal channels as permitted under applicable law.

For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not in any way affect your statutory consumer rights where applicable under Malaysian law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
